Description
Atriopeptin II is an analog of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) that exhibits vasodilatory/hypotensive and anxiolytic activities. Like other ANP analogs, atriopeptin II decreases blood pressure. This peptide also exhibits anxiety-lowering benefit in animals undergoing testing in the elevated plus maze.
