Description
Auriculin A is a synthetic form of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) that exhibits cardiomodulatory, vasodilatory/hypotensive, diuretic, and natriuretic activities. In vivo, auriculin A decreases mean blood pressure and increases perfusion pressure and sodium excretion.
