Description
Spirapril is a non-sulfhydryl non-competitive inhibitor of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE). Spirapril is used clinically for its antihypertensive activity, lowering total peripheral vascular resistance and blood pressure and slightly increasing cardiac output and stroke volume.
