Description
WY-14643 is a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor agonist that has been found to upregulate hepatic gene expression in mouse livers. Furthermore, WY-14643 has been shown to improve proteasomal function, prevent NF-kB activation, and decrease oxidative stress in wild-type and adipose triglyceride lipase knockout mice.
