Description
Tenofovir is an antiviral compound that is clinically used to treat hepatitis B and HIV-1 infections. Tenofovir is a nucleotide analog and inhibitor of reverse transcriptase. This compound is also in development as a potential treatment for feline leukemia virus (FeLuk).
