Description
Aflatoxins are mycotoxins found in foods and livestock feeds that were initially produced by species of Aspergillus. Aflatoxin M2 is the hydroxylated metabolite of aflatoxin B2; it inhibits DNA synthesis and induces cell cycle arrest.
