Vecuronium is a non-depolarizing muscle relaxant that inhibits nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs), blocking neurotransmission at the neuromuscular junction. Vecuronium is clinically used as an anesthetic and paralytic during tracheal intubation.
