LB-100 is an inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) that exhibits pro-angiogenic and anticancer activities. LB-100 increases expression of VEGF and HIF-1α. This compound also decreases growth of pancreatic cancer cells and enhances the activity of other co-administered chemotherapeutics in various cancer models.
