Description
Torin 2 is a tricyclic benzonaphthyridinone that inhibits mTORC1/2 and exhibits anticancer activity. In hepatocellular carcinoma cells, torin 2 inhibits cell growth and survival and induces apoptosis and autophagy. In acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cells, torin 2 induces G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest and inhibits cell growth.
