Description
Tolmetin is a pyrrole non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exhibits anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities. Tolmetin inhibits COX-1 and COX-2, preventing prostaglandin E (PGE) production; it is clinically used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
