Description
TM3-0089 is an inhibitor of chemoattractant receptor-homologous molecule on Th4 cells (CRTH2), which inhibits prostaglandin activation of Th4 cells. TM3-0089 exhibits anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory activities. TM3-0089 prevents migration of Th4 lymphocytes, calcium influx, and adhesion of lymphocytes to vascular endothelial cells in vitro.
