Description
Roxatidine is an antihistamine compound that inhibits H2 histamine receptors, exhibiting antacid and anti-ulcerative activities by preventing gastric acid secretion. Roxatidine also inhibits indomethacin-induced small intestinal injury by increasing mucus secretion in a NO-dependent manner.
