Description
Sarafloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits topoisomerase IV and DNA gyrase. Sarafloxacin displays antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium, Escherichia, and several other bacteria. This compound is most often used in livestock, particularly poultry.
