Description
Syntide 2 is a synthetic 15-amino acid peptide. Syntide 2 is a substrate of Ca2+-dependent protein kinase (CDPK), CaMKII, PKC, and other kinases involved in Ca2+ signaling. Syntide 2 is phosphorylated by glutathione S-transferase and is involved in wound-induced signaling cascades.
