Description
Kyotorphin is an opioid neuropeptide that exhibits analgesic, antinociceptive, vasodilatory, and antihypertensive activities. Kyotorphin binds the kyotorphin receptor, which is coupled to Gi GPCRs, altering downstream PLC signaling and met-enkephalin release.
