Description
Melanoma antigen gene-encoding fragment MAGE-3 (271-279) is a peptide antigen presented by hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vitro and in vivo. MAGE-3 (271-279) could be targeted by epitope-specific CD8+ T cells in the development of an anticancer vaccine.
