Description
StemRegenin is an immunostimulatory antagonist at the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR). StemRegenin 1 increases dendritic cell production, allogenic T cell responses, and IFN-α, TNF-α, and IL-12 expression. In combination with BMP4 and PGE2, stemRegenin 1 induces differentiation and expression of inducible pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
