Description
Nocodazole is an inhibitor of microtubule polymerization that exhibits anticancer and anti-parasitic activities. Nocodazole induces depolarization of the mitochondrial membrane, caspase activation, PARP cleavage, and apoptosis in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells. Nocodazole also kills Alveococcus larvocysts in vivo.
