Description
Pazufloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that exhibits antibacterial efficacy against species of Legionella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Gardnerella, Escherichia, Pseudomonas, and Bacteriodes. Pazufloxacin inhibits topoisomerase IV and DNA gyrase.
