Description
P75-TNFR is a peptide fragment of the P75 tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor. This receptor is involved in post-injury protective signaling and mediates expression of plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1). The P75-TNFR also modulates signaling of inflammatory cytokines.
