Description
Ondansetron exhibits antiemetic, antidepressant, and anxiolytic activities; it is an antagonist at 5-HT3 receptors. Through downstream effects on 5-HT signaling, ondansetron decreases immobility time in the forced swim test and increases open arm entries in the elevated plus maze.
