Description
Fluocinolone is a synthetic hydrocortisone derivative that exhibits anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic activities. Fluocinolone is a corticosteroid that is clinically used to treat ocular inflammation. In dental pulp cells, fluocinolone downregulates expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and upregulates expression of PPARγ.
