Description
Ipriflavone is a synthetic isoflavone that exhibits anti-osteoporotic, anti-resorptive, and cytoprotective activities. In animal models of low Ca2+ diet, ipriflavone decreases bone resorption and increases bone density and volume. In vitro, this compound protects against cyclophosphamide-induced DNA damage.
