EMD 1214063 is an inhibitor of c-MET that exhibits anticancer chemotherapeutic activity. In animal models of hepatocellular carcinoma, EMD 1214063 inhibits tumor growth and induces complete regression. In similar models of pancreatic cancer and glioblastoma, this compound also induces tumor regression.
