Description
Nimustine is a nitrosourea compound that exhibits anticancer chemotherapeutic activity. Nimustine induces DNA cross-linking and double-stranded DNA breaks. This compound is clinically used to treat gliomas and may also downregulate expression of DNA ligase IV.
