Description
MHY-1485 is an activator of mTOR that displays potential as a fertility treatment. In vivo, MHY-1485 increases ovarian explant weights, follicle development, and production of viable, mature oocytes. This compound also inhibits autophagy by preventing fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes in vitro.
