Description
LY364947 is an inhibitor of activin receptor-like kinase 5 (ALK5), a type of TGF-β1 receptor. LY364947 displays anticancer and anti-fibrotic activities. LY364947 improves the radiosensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells. In animal models of liver damage, this compound enhances liver regeneration, cell proliferation, and liver function.
