GSK-2334470 is a selective inhibitor of PI3K that exhibits anticancer activity in in vitro models. GSK-2334470 inhibits T-loop phosphorylation of PI3K substrates SGK and S6K1, Akt and Akt substrates GSK3, FoxO, and PRAS40, and ERK substrate RSK2. This compound also inhibits PDK1.
